The insulator is placed in the stops provided. The Velcro is placed on the insulating body.
Corresponding stops are also available here.

When the two pneumatic mushroom buttons are pressed - two-hand release – the 2 stapling heads applicate 2 coiled staples simultaneously.

After releasing the two mushroom buttons, the stapling heads return to their starting position.
The insulator with the fastened velcro can now be removed.
