Bottom Stapler with one stapling head, mechanical. Bottom stapling of empty folding boxes made from solid or corrugated cardboard.
Bottom closure of empty cartons made of solid, single or double corrugated cardboard in frequently changing sizes. The rapidly adjustable carton guide stop permits precise stapling over the flap joint: L = length stapling.
Insert your folding carton box from the side during the stapling process, so that you as the operator can remain in the same ergonomic and convenient position.
Even very long boxes can be stapled. There is no need to turn the carton. This means higher output and less staple consumption and also less wear and tear as well as higher efficiency.

Depending upon the type of cardboard, different large sized staples can be inserted without adjustment:
MG® 315 for solid and single corrugated cardboard.
MG® 320 for double corrugated cardboard.
MG® 323 NK for strong double corrugated cardboard.
The anvil of the PERFECTA provides a penetrating stapling (MG®), which means the staples bend around the cardboard, the legs lay flat and the tips are bent back into the cardboard. The common staple legs result in a semicircular shape.
With the optional blind stapling reversible anvil the staple clinches also within the under board without penetrating completely through.
This increases the stitching quality and prevents any risk of injury or damage to the box contents.
The working height in the standard version is 995 mm.
For larger quantities we recommend our PERFECTA L 323 D twin-head version or our pneumatic PERFECTA'S PEL 323 or PEL 323 D.
